ICI Systems has been providing quality technical education and consulting services to the commercial and government sectors since 1991. We are also a Sylvan Authorized Prometric Testing Center, allowing us to act as a one-stop shop for our Certification candidates. We are located in the heart of downtown Washington DC, with easy access to three Metro lines.

As an Account Executive at ICI Systems you will:
- Utilize consultative sales methods to sell employee development solutions to Government and businesses.
- Create unique product combinations and solutions to meet each clients’ individual needs
- Grow client base: Prospect, qualify, solidify relationships, overcome objections and close new accounts; maintain existing accounts
- Generate revenue, and exceed attainable monthly quota
- Develop loyal and long-lasting client relationships through personal attention and follow-up
- Define, develop and grow a portfolio of accounts
- Develop new revenue streams from current customer base
- Develop and execute a strategy for enterprise level accounts

Requirements
- The drive to exceed expectations and outperform your peers
- Must not be intimidated by developing a territory—including lead generation and cold calling
- Must be aggressive and able to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed goals
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Bachelor’s degree desired
- Proven sales experience required
- Technology related experience required
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated sales experience
- Strong Negotiating and Closing Ability
- Background in Technical Sales and Industry contacts a plus
- Excellent prospecting, presentation and selling skills with the ability to achieve quota.
