Sylvan Prometric Testing Center
ICI Systems, Inc. is an Authorized Prometric Testing Center. Our certification candidates can take all the tests they need to become certified at our facility. Our instructors are also available by appointment to discuss any problems you may have had with the tests. However, our students have an excellent success rate, because the classes at ICI Systems prepare them for these tests.

Multimedia Lab
ICI Systems, Inc. has a multimedia/network lab available to our students. Students can make an appointment to come in and do some extra work on their labs, prepare for certification exams, or surf the net during their lunch break!

On-line Mentoring
ICI Systems, Inc. now provides certification students with 30 days of free on-line mentoring. Students can read certification exam tips, post questions on BBS, and participate in an instructor-led chat room.

Free Seminars
ICI Systems, Inc. holds free monthly seminars to discuss Microsoft and Lotus certification programs and conduct technical demonstrations. The Microsoft Certification Night is held on the second Thursday of each month, and the Lotus Certification Night is held on the third Wednesday of each month. Instructors will be available to answer technical questions and aptitude concerns. Personal consultations, door prizes, and refreshments are available to attendees.
