Instructor-led Online Classes
When you take an online course, do you miss the benefits of being in a classroom: live instruction, hands-on labs and group interaction? At ICI Systems you don't have to.
Any class offered at ICI Systems can be requested to be made available online in a format we call instructor-led online (ILO). You get the benefits of being in a classroom, with the convenience and potential cost savings of online training. Through web-based technology, you can attend ICI’s traditional “classroom” courses from your desk at work, home, or while on travel. Participation is possible anywhere there is a telephone and a computer with Internet access. Just like being in class, you have the opportunity to work on the lab assignments (through remote access) and to interact with the instructor during the session (on the phone or by typing in questions through an online “chat” feature).

Request for private class
You can also request that our instructor-led online format be delivered as a private class for your organization. This is very cost-effective, minimizes travel, and enables you to receive training customized to your unique needs - delivered to multiple locations simultaneously.
Registration and Cost
Registration procedure is the same – just indicate “online.” Online option may be requested for all or portion of the course. No additional charge for online option.

Self-paced Online Classes
ICI Systems’ self-paced online program makes it easy to take courses, participate in virtual labs, and test your skills from home, office, or anywhere you have a computer and an Internet connection. Self-paced online courses provide a flexible learning experience to help you advance your career no matter what your skill level is—whether you are new to IT, or a seasoned IT professional or developer. In addition, to help you master complex material, we include hands-on virtual labs and interactive exercises for most e-learning collections. ICI Systems also offers hybrid learning solutions that combine instructor-led training with self-paced eLearning for maximum benefit and value.
Benefits of self-paced online training include:
- Flexible schedule: Typically, you can access an e-learning course for up to one year after purchase.
- Self-paced: You can open and review a course as many times as you want within a specified time period (usually one year). This enables you to take the course several times or review specific chapters.
- Progress tracking: Gauge your progress, save your learning history, and assess your knowledge before and after training.
